As the name “Kink Insight” implies, my blog provides an insight into the “knotted” world of human sexuality. In contrast to the “straight” sexual morals, also known as vanilla, I use my blog to explain unconventional sexual orientations, life concepts and fantasies. Without hesitation, open and authentic.
Stand by yourself, free yourself from social constraints and live out what turns you on in terms of fetish. For me it took a long time from recognizing and accepting my preferences and fetishes until I looked at myself in full leather gear in the mirror for the first time. The man in the mirror was no longer the gay village boy who had to hide himself in order to compulsively fit into the heteronormative society. I had become my own sexual dream, felt comfortable with it and started looking for like-minded people. I realized that there were and are many of them. “Be the person you needed when you were young!” I try to be exactly that person, to motivate and to set a good example.
It is crucial to accept your fetish and kink and live it out according to the given possibilities. It may be difficult to deal with at first, because many of us worry about what family and friends think of it and how the public react to it. Ultimately, everyone decides for himself how much to reveal publicly. It is important to open up to a confidante or a group and to take the first steps into the world of fetish. Life is too short to hide behind your fantasies instead of living them out in all their diversity.
Many of my blog entries are based on columns and reports I wrote for the German fetish magazine BOX. If you have any questions, comments or suggestions, please feel free to contact me using the contact form. I‘m looking forward to your message.
